في اطار متابعته لشؤون إعادة تأهيل الوسط التجاري ومساعدة المتضررين أكد محافظ حمص طلال البرازي خلال لقائه مع بعض ممثلي المنظمات الدولية على ضرورة المساعدة في تقديم الدعم لتنفيذ الخطط ذات العلاقة ووضع برنامج لتنفيذها وخاصة أن خطة عام 2015نفذت بشكل جيد ... وفي نفس الوقت قدمت المنظمات الشكر للعاملين في المحافظة بمجال الإغاثة والشؤون الانسانية حيث تقدموا بكلمة شكر للسيد المحافظ من خلال الحديث عن الدور الوطني والسيرة الذاتية ودعمه للشؤون الإنسانية وللمنظمات الدولية بشكل خاص مع الاشارة إلى ما ورد عن كلمة المنظمات الدولية Who is Talal AL - Barazi Mr.Talal AL-BARAZI Mr.Talal AL-BARAZI was born in Hama in 1963 ,holds a BA in Economics from the University of Damascus (Specialized in Management ), married with one daughter . His family comes from Hama and it is well-known through the history of Syria . It belongs to the national and patriotic bourgeois class. There are many politicians and diplomats of his family ,of whome is HE Housni AL-BARAZI ,Prime Minister of Syria in 1942 and HE Mouhsen AL-BARAZI Prime Minister of Syria in 1949 under the President Housni ALZA`EEM. Al-BARAZI served as chairman of Damascus International Media Production .He was a member of the Chamber of Industry (Damascus and Rural ) in the sector of film and television production. He was the consultant for Management and Public Relationships for the U.A.E Free Zone and Albarazi International Establishment which was founded in 1997 that includes : v Damascus International Media Production . v Member of the Committee of Syrian TV and Cinema Industry v Albarazi Establishment for Exhibitions and Conferences . v Member of the Federation of Trade Union –Syrian Contractors –Qunitra branch. v Founding partner in several companies operating in the field of education ,medical services, tourism investments ,real estate development . As an associate member of Arab Management Association in Cairo since 2001 ,he had organized several exhibitions and conferences in the field of investment development ,as well as ,the organizing of the Syrian Arab Emirates Economic Forum in both Dubai 2006 and Damascus 2008. In 2011 ,he was an active participant in coordinating the Syrian Expatriate Conference at the Sheraton Hotel/Damascus under the motto “My Country Syria” along with participation of guests from 14 Arab and Foreign countries to support the process of reform in Syria.He carried on working in this field believing that political reconciliations and regularizations always have profitable reflection to bring back stability and security and to make the war and destruction to come to an end . In 2012 , AL-BARAZI contributed to the founding of Al-Bawadi Contracting and Real Estate Development Company , motivated by the target to develop real estate areas inspired by his earlier experience in the U.A.E. He was elected as a Chairman of the Syrian Expatriates in Dubai and North Emirates.Moreover he established Sama Damascus Company for tourism and housing to set up housing projects for expatriates . He was appointed as governor for Homs Governorate ,by virtue of presidential decree No./256/.He oriented the overall attention of the government to take care of the rebuilding of Homs. Also ,he attracted national and international investments .The impact of Mr.Al-BARAZI ,by virtue of his direct relationships, was clear in his activities among the Syrian expatriates ,his previous experience as a consultant in management reform in the Prime Ministry ,and in his role as developer and supported or real estate investment and urban planning , added to his background and experience in the political sector. Since Al-BARAZI was appointed as governor for Homs ,he has focused his efforts on the rehabilitation of the Old City of Homs by reviving economic activities and the industrial zones , in particular . Through contacts with local community activities in the non-government controlled areas ,Al-BARAZI could achieve distinguished and remarkable success in realizing social and political reconciliations that paved the way to regularize status of a lot of the insurgents, re-involving them into their society .He has always emphasized that all Syrians including those holding weapons could be talked to, to play their own political and social role, peacefully , away from violence and weapon use. The most significant achievement, in collaboration with the UN Ambassador to Syria, resulted in regularizing the status of 1150 weapon holders of the Homs Old City, getting the city free of both weapons and weapon holders ,and there are still a lot of reformation and reconciliation steps in such arena. Al-BARAZI is widely known in both ,rural and urban regions of the Governorate of Homs for non-stop, field , service providing and humanitarian efforts. He has always been keen to guarantee all proper conditions to insure protection for the Christians of Homs ,in particular ;supporting their never-ending stick to their Syrian soil to let them give up the idea of immigration .
